Life View Innovations LLC

Privacy Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective September 30, 2026 · Last updated September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Life View Innovations LLC handles personal information through its public websites, Accounts, My Life View, ContactCore, and related public services.

Our privacy commitment

1. Who we are and scope

Life View Innovations LLC (Life View, we, us, or our) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy when we determine why and how it is processed. We provide services from New York, United States. This policy applies to information processed through Life View websites, user accounts, applications, ContactCore, support, and related public services that link to it. It does not govern an independent website, application, or service operated by another organization, even if it integrates with Life View.

Questions or requests may be sent through the Life View contact form. We do not publish an email address, telephone number, or physical address for general privacy contact on this site.

2. Information we may process

The information depends on the service and your choices. It may include the following categories:

3. How we use information

We process information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; determine authorized access; provide requested features; receive and organize Customer Content; deliver visible and background service notifications; manage billing and organization balances; respond to support requests; prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; troubleshoot problems; enforce agreements; maintain records; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use Customer Content to create advertising profiles.

4. Controller and processor roles

Privacy law can distinguish between an organization that decides why personal information is used and an organization that processes it for another organization. Life View generally controls information required to operate its own accounts, security, support, websites, and platform administration.

When a business uses ContactCore on its own website, that business usually decides why it collects a form submission and how it will use it. In that setting, the business is generally responsible for its own privacy notice, legal basis, consent, and response to the form submitter. Life View processes that content to provide ContactCore. A person who submitted a business form should normally contact that business first.

5. Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to providers that host, secure, maintain, or operate the services; to Stripe or another payment provider for checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, disputes, and transaction support; to Apple platform services to deliver notifications when you enable them; to an organization or user you authorize; or to a successor in a merger, financing, or sale of relevant assets, subject to applicable law and this policy. For a transaction using Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe or its affiliate acts as merchant of record and handles applicable indirect-tax and transaction responsibilities under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may also preserve or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required or permitted by valid applicable law, legal process, court order, subpoena, governmental demand, or a verified emergency involving a reasonable and imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected customer. We may seek to narrow a request we believe is invalid or excessive, but do not promise to challenge every request.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to maintain a sign-in session, secure an account, prevent fraud or automated abuse, remember essential settings, or operate a requested feature. We do not intentionally use these technologies for behavioral advertising or cross-site advertising tracking. If we introduce a non-essential technology that requires consent under applicable law, we will address that requirement before enabling it.

7. ContactCore and the iOS app

The ContactCore iPhone and iPad app uses an Accounts web sign-in flow to authenticate an existing Life View account. It synchronizes only Forms and submissions the signed-in user is authorized to access. It may temporarily cache authorized content on the device for offline availability.

When a user permits notifications, the app registers an APNs device token with ContactCore to deliver visible alerts and background notifications for service synchronization. These notifications are service activity, not advertising or marketing. The app does not display ads, use an advertising identifier, use behavioral tracking, include analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in the current release, or process payments in the app. See the ContactCore Privacy Notice for details.

8. Retention, deletion, and operational backups

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain security, resolve support or disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, enforce agreements, or protect Life View, customers, and users. Different categories have different purposes and obligations.

Deleting a Life View account removes its sign-in identity and related authentication information, but it does not automatically delete organization-owned records. Organization, security, audit, payment, credit, and legal records may remain where an organization needs them or where retention is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or a legal claim. The applicable period can be years. Retained records are not kept for ordinary use of the deleted account.

The documented ContactCore lifecycle applies to a Form and its submissions. An inactive Form remains until an authorized Owner or Administrator manually deletes it. Requesting deletion makes the Form inactive and starts the five-day safety lock. Successful activation cancels the request; a later request starts a new five-day lock. Failed activation preserves the request and deadline. Submissions are automatically deleted 730 days after receipt. An authorized Owner or Administrator may instead start manual deletion by confirming the exact Form name. That starts a five-day safety lock; after the lock ends, an authorized Owner or Administrator must return to complete final deletion. Once final deletion is completed, ContactCore does not provide a way to restore the Form or submissions.

Operational backups may temporarily retain copies after deletion. Deleting a record does not mean it is immediately removed from every backup. We do not offer individual customer restoration from backups or guarantee recovery. We may retain limited records for valid legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, audit, disputes, or legal claims.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law and our role, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for optional processing. Use the Privacy Choices page and the Life View contact form to make a request. We may ask for information sufficient to verify identity and authority, but will not intentionally ask for more than necessary. We may limit or delay a request where necessary to protect another person or organization, comply with law, prevent fraud, preserve security, or defend a legal claim. A request cannot restore information after final deletion.

10. Children

Life View’s public services are not directed to children where parental consent or special protections would be required. Do not knowingly use an ordinary ContactCore Form to collect children’s information unless you have determined and implemented the protections required for that use. If you believe a child has provided information to Life View contrary to applicable law, contact us through the Life View contact form.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No Internet-connected system can promise perfect security. Software vulnerabilities, human error, provider failures, and cyberattacks can occur. If we identify a security incident, we will investigate, work to contain and correct it, and provide notifications when legally required.

12. International use and changes

Life View is a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States or another location where Life View or a provider operates, subject to applicable law. We may update this policy as services, law, or our practices change. The current version, date, and version number will remain at this address. If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will seek that consent rather than treating this policy itself as consent.

13. Contact

For a privacy question or request, use the Life View contact form and identify the service, organization, Form, or account involved. Do not include passwords, passkeys, private keys, full payment-card information, government identification, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information in an initial request.
