Use the Life View contact form for help with ContactCore access, notifications, Forms, submissions, account questions, or a privacy request.
Include enough detail to help
- Describe the issue and the ContactCore feature involved.
- Identify the organization or Form when relevant, without placing passwords or sensitive credentials in the message.
- Tell us whether the issue is in the website or the iPhone/iPad app.
- For notification issues, include the device model and iOS version if available.
Account and privacy requests
For sign-in or account deletion, use Accounts after signing in. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, use the same contact form and identify the relevant Life View service.
